I had a sudden steering problem and needed to be on the road in my Siverado that day and Blain was awesome! He got my truck in immediately and got the repair taken care of in about an hour. I was able to take my trip as planned thanks to Blain. I can't say enough about how helpful he was and how understanding of my circumstances. Do not shop here! So many issues with them. The salesman even had the nerve to tell me that the 2017 Silverado won truck of the year. In fact the Nissan Titan did. The sales manager was even worse. He literally told me that he was going to "educate me" on the car sales business and how to "spend my money the right way." He then arrogantly tells me that I can just "sit on my poker hand" and not cave into their offer. He kept asking my pre approval interest rate over and over and I kept having to explain that I did not feel comfortable talking about that until we can agree on a final price. He began talking down to me and treating me like I was dumb. These assholes will use every single tactic against you to try to get you to cave into them. Avoid them, you can find much friendlier salespeople. They WILL rip you off. I should have left sooner but in the end, they got put in their place.
Looks pretty impressive when you walk in but the service prices are outrageous! They wanted over $400 to replace a blown hose. Husband replaced it himself in parking lot for $30. Enough said!
