Sent a package to the p.o box for some one . I get a call in the morning it there. I call my friend in Florida telling her it there. The clerks were so rude to told her I must not know how to send a box . I work for the post office . I call them they couldn't find it the box..all I heard was excuses. Finally a clerk tell me well I guess it got sent back on the truck. I asked her why, no answer. Now, I didn't realize this post office don't hold there box's. For their p.o box services. I have file a complaint. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM THIS POST OFFICE. THERE CLERK S,DON'T KNOW WHAT THERE DOING.
My friend just told me that the package sent her was dented and they didn't put any more tape on it i think if pay for something to get sent to be sent in a nice way
Poor!!! Had an important Document I sent overnight. It was Friday, I knew knew they would not get it till Monday. No card was left no re-delivery was attempted finally was picked up on Wednesday with an apology. This cost $22.95... Thanks for nothing. I will ask for my money back.
They are rude!! Go to pick up something and they will tell you it's not there so they don't have to go look. Next day it will be in mail box. Only once a lady went and looked for my package and came out with it. She is the nicer one but the man that works the front is not so nice. So I gave it a 2 stars because of her.!
My carrier is so lazy, she puts my 'good' mail (important stuff) inside of the folded junk-mail ads!!!
I mentioned this to my carrier where I moved from, he said it is laziness also.
I can't tell you how many bills and such I have thrown out, not knowing she does this, it is ridiculous.
