Live event today. Live band. Food vendor. Tried sitting on a trike I fell in love with. I had a hard time getting off of it, rod in pelvis doesn't stretch. Bad thing, salesman trying to sell me the trike, wouldn't help me off of it. I was wondering, if I couldn't get off, does that mean I get to keep it?
Karen was very helpful getting me local information on biker events and giving me local magazines from the area. Jennifer was helpful to find me a business card & refer me to a seat upholsterer for my Sportster. Everyone working there were very nice & kind. They actually took time away from their duties to help me out. Not all shops do that. Most shops point to an area of the store instead of showing a customer around. Great service!
Customer service is a lost art. Crystal Harley is an exception. Each time we are in the store they are welcoming and helpful. But I have to give an extra thank you to Kyle in parts. Doesn't matter if its a $12.00 can of motor bright or a new big ticket seat, he is always proffesional
As with any Harley Davidson store I've ever visited they have very friendly and helpful employees. Love their clothing.
