If they don't know enough about your question regarding the cruise they will return your call or e-mail promptly. There's no high pressure sales used......they're down to earth people who have your concerns and values at heart. They are focused on what you are willing to spend for a cruise and not influencing you to up scale. They personally have cruised all over the Caribbean and ports of call to Mexico on the Gulf of Mexico. You will not be dealing with agents who have never been personally to where you would like to cruise, as is the case with most travel agencies. I like the way they personally nurse mate me to make sure I have everything in order before boarding. I'm very particular about things and want to be reassured that I'm getting my monies worth and no ugly surprises.
