Our hot water heater was flooding our garage and we needed emergency service. I called after hours and the tech I talked to from the company was knowledgeable, gave me options and gave me the time I needed to work around my schedule. He was polite, fast and really tidy. This is a great honest family owned company.
Told us we had a major problem and it cost us a small fortune.
We had an appointment for the next day from 12-4 and set that whole chunk of the day aside. That day the plumber called an hour early and asked if he could come then, which we had to decline because we had fit the rest of our errands and such to be done outside of the time he was going to come. So he said he would still come sometime between 12 and 4. Around 4:45 that night, he still hadn't come. We called him to ask what had happened and he said he went to another job so we didn't end up seeing him that day. He told us to call the office to get another day which we did and they said they would get us in the next day. We sat around for 4 hours the next day just to not see anybody once again. It wasn't until the third day of sitting around until we actually got the plumber to our house. At that point he was very polite but the office/scheduling was run very poorly.

Plumbing can be messy but in the end everything turns out great and the work area is always just as clean as they found it when done.
Beware...thought we were dealing with an honest business.found out they can't be trusted.
