Overall, I was very satisfied with their work, customer satisfaction, & will call them again.
Wanted two faucets installed. They came out and did one but didn't have time to do the other. Was a simple install and probably would take a whole 15 minutes. Service tech Anthony was great and I don't blame him but the company is not reliable. If you want a plumbing company that puts the customer first I would find someone else.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking at the base, and we needed to replace, or repair it. We decided to buy a new one, but we couldn't install it by ourselves (bad backs:), so we called Suncoast Plumbing. We've used them in the past, and have NEVER been disappointed. Bobby showed in the allotted time we were given. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. When he was finished installing the faucet he asked if we had our new phone book. I gave it to him, and to our happy surprise he cut out the $10 coupon so we were charged $10 less than what we thought we'd have to pay. GREAT SERVICE. Quality performance. I received a quote from them for a fiberglass shower & vanity/sink install. I had them come back out to do the work & the workers were great & very friendly - fast too.
I called these folks on a Saturday morning because i had a leaking pipe. they came in the afternoon because they were already at another job. their man Allan repaired the problem promptly. The gal answering the phone was helpful and informative, the technician Allan was great .when finished I was shocked at the very reasonable price I was charged. since it was an emergency on Saturday I expected to pay a lot more. I have a new plumber. Thank you Suncoast Plumbing.
However, when they had "finished" we had a small misunderstanding - I called the company & they sent two more workers out to take care of the issues I had. Bobby was awesome & was willing to go the extra mile.
